First time in my life reviewing with a 1 star, usually I review good experiences. But lets start. In Aug/23 stopped by the “sister” mech at sample/powerline for a tire patch. Was everything ok, no problem and I ended up getting 2 new tires. Time pass to March/24, when I stopped to replace the other 2 tires, but I also want to do an alignment and they send me to K and W. Got the other 2 tires, alignment and oil change. Went on a business trip for 3 weeks. On the highway Truck pulling to the right and at 70 miles/hour shaking ... read more

I have been bringing my vehicles to K&W for years now. They have always been very professional and timely in fixing our fleet of vehicles. David, the new owner, has kept this same level of service alive, which can be difficult for new owners to do. I had a vehicle breakdown recently, and David was able to get me an affordable tow back to his shop. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed within a couple of days for a very reasonable price.
