I wanted thick nails & the guy acted as if he didn’t want to do them. Then they have a habit of being nice nasty, and that puts the unprofessionalism at an all time high. It was definitely this shop I went to like a week & half ago.

BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT A NAIL SALON....SO I CAME TO. THIS NAIL SALON THINKING I WAS GONE HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE...I WAS WRONG...THE MAN THAT WORKS HERE START DOING MY NAILS SO EVERYTIME I GET MY NAILS DONE I LIKE MY ACRYLIC THICKER THAN THE USUAL BECAUSE I CLEAN A LOT AND I ALSO HAVE KIDS SO I GET MY ACRYLIC THICKER SO THEY WONT KEEP BREAKING EVERYTIME I DO THINGS U KNOW....DO YALL KNOW WHEN I TOLD HIM I WANT MY ACRYLIC THICK HE GONE TELL ME "THICK NAILS ARE UGLY" AND IM LIKEE I ALWAYS GET MY NAILS THICKER ... read more

I like being able to walk in and they know exactly what to do because I have an ingrown toenail on my big toe. They get it every single time, no attitude, no price gouging and very professional while also maintaining a connection to their customers
