Doesn't return calls. I heard he was retiring, maybe that's why. Finally after no working heater since we bought the house in December we finally had the Hayward tech come to see why it wouldn’t ignite. After Mark installed the larger heater he failed to have the propane co come and install a regulator to run the larger heater. Cost us $350 but the heater now works great. I hate to have to do this but I am unable to get a reply from this place as is the home warranty company that sent them out. I have tried for weeks to get them to respond, texts, phone calls, emails, NOTHING! This place was paid to fix my pool heater. Mark said it was a propane issue, not a heater issue. He said to call him back after the propane company investigated it. He said if it wasn't the propane he would come back and look into it further. I did just that. Never returned my calls!
Needed a new motor / pump, was done quickly, even with us being away camping, we came home and all was newly installed and working! Thanks
