They are busy but when I called the owner had a cancelation and put me in the spot for the next day! Keith is a very smart technician and found a short in a wire located behind the stove hood and then fixed all my issues I asked of them! I am camping comfortably tonight with warm shower and all my systems working because of there quick efforts to help me! As for many parts I needed I was able to find most all I was looking for. Thank you!
It's no longer k and k R.V center. It is back to Smileys R.V center. They do a good job and not expensive.
