Was with Rob when it was Robs Automotive. Never had any complaints. Ever. Continued my custom when the biz changed hands to K and K Automotive. Always agreed with the quote for repairs and service undertaken, as well as any advice given. Always paid on the day and never had any complaints. However, my latest experience of their service and repairs was far from satisfactory. You have absolutely broken my trust in you. Actually, if I could give zero for your conduct, I would. Not a happy customer. Not happy at all. #rippedoff
