These folks deserve zero stars. Discovered they failed my vehicle illegally for ball joints. They documented ball joints on their customer receipt to me, however on the New York State inspection form changed the verbiage as to reason for failure to steering/chassis frame. It is illegal to fail a vehicle in New York for ball joints and K&K Auto knows this. By changing the description on the state form they where allowed to get away with it.
