Worst pharmacy staff ever, staff is headed by short tempered Lady who has no sense how to talk and Pharmacy Manager is spineless to say anything to her as he is over dependent on her and has ruined the environment of pharmacy.
Staff & 0wner helpful with my medication and customer communication .I always try to remember to thank them and remind them Ithere appreciated for there hard work.Because I believe they all work extremely hard and go the extra mile to make there Customers smile.
I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received recently. The woman who answers the phone was extremely unprofessional and came across as condescending. It was frustrating, especially since the other staff members failed to ask the correct questions in the first place, which only added to the confusion. It’s a real shame, because I’ve been coming to this pharmacy since I was a child, back when it was still known as J&J. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning.
