Jacks & Jims Management was very responsive with emails and calls, they walked us through the processes since we are first time landlords. Their online platform provides all the information with utmost transparency from candidates screening, applications, and lease to rent collection. With their help, we found a very good and responsible family as our tenants. We are satisfied with the process and result.

Ask for Jack, she is quick, she came out the same day, then her photographer came out took the best photos of my house! I didn't know my home could look that good.Then a few days later she called me with applications! I am very satisfied with Jacks & Jims Management they have exceeded my expectations and I no longer want to do it myself, I'd rather save that headache!

Jim is the best! He's responsible and always fast to respond. He found us good tenants in just a few weeks, cares about doing a REMARKABLE job, and that can be rare sometimes. My only regret is that we didn't call them earlier! Stop looking for another property management company. Just contact Jacks & Jims Management. They are awesome!
