and dryer (dryer was already used via the full secondary lint trap and the washer looked like it had had laundry detergent in it - see photos)....Washer leaks water from the drum and dryer takes two cycles to dry! Worse than the 10 yr old pair I just got rid of. $1700 "cosmetically damaged" Christmas present to myself that is SHIT. Less than the $2000 I would have spent but they DONT WORK and now I have to REPLACE MY FLOOR!!! Two K and A techs delivered our refrigerator.,( the 1st week of Dec 2016) They hooked up water line for ice maker to exsisting hose in floor. Tech confirmed that water to fridge was not yet turned on, but that everything was ready to go for when it was. When water was turned on, later that day, we checked that water was coming out of dispenser on door. It was. Purchased a washer & dryer from K&A as a surprise for someone who deserved to have something nice happen to them. K&A were wonderful to work with and delivered the appliances within a day or two. The washer didn't work correctly upon installation and turned out even though it was a brand new washer, it had a bad part. The next day they brought out another washer that was an upgrade over the one we had purchased at no charge! Very good people to work with.
