7+ years with them & I wouldn't recommend them. Hardly ever answer calls & it takes days/weeks for a response or updates. Easier & cheaper to just deal with the insurance companies yourself.
love this place they are always doing amazing work and very detailed
Reached out to get an auto and renters insurance quote and after 3 days and me following up twice I never heard from anyone. Sad on their end because I did end up switching to auto owners (who they work with) but with another agency.
