About a year or so back, I had had some car trouble on my blue chevy spark and I ended up having to leave it on the side of the road, to which Kars towed it. I called them back (after having received the initial "we have your car" call) and gave them my payment information over the phone. 2 weeks went by and they still hadn't taken the money out.
