Failed to complete a timely inspection of the septic prior to closing, which created a lot of unnecessary last minute drama. Not dependable, would not recommend.
In short, an engineered septic system was installed by K&A Mechanical in July 2021 at my primary residence. They were also contracted for O&M (operation and maintenance) inspections as required by the county. Since the installation, it has remained non-functional for approximately 6 of its 21 months in service. Gary and Debra were a pleasure to work with! I needed an inspection for an upcoming home sale and they were quick to get back with me and were able to come out in a couple of days. Debra was extremely pleasant to communicate with and Gary was so nice and even came back to improve the mechanics at no extra charge. I am so thankful to them for making it such an easy process.
My heat went out right when it started to get cold. Not only was the response time on point but they were very clear cut and professional when it came to my options. I highly recommend K & A for hvac repair or maintenance.
