Frustrating experience. They also want you to pay for O&M inspections in advance, a year before the inspection is due! Since it’s a two year contract, upfront $1000!!! Other contractors did not require upfront payment….poor customer service! Didn’t return phone calls, or emails. The last inspection they performed, they were here for seven minutes, at a prepaid cost of $500 per inspection. Horrible customer service
Failed to complete a timely inspection of the septic prior to closing, which created a lot of unnecessary last minute drama. Not dependable, would not recommend.
