Do not hire this company, vert unprofessional, I had an appointment at 10am . I specifically ask them to call when they were on their way but no one called. I had to call them after I did not hear from anyone to make sure there was no call no show so I wouldn’t waste my time. The company operator stated there was an hour window that they did not explain window 10am-11am. Finally when their contractor arrived I still did not receive a call that he arrived (Carlos). I had K&A do work on my exterior- paint shutters, rehang one that had fallen off, fix downspouts, remove an old satellite dish on 7-20-23. Throughout the process they were very responsive, friendly and quoted a reasonable price, they were slightly higher than the other 2 companies I contacted. I decided to go with them because of their responsiveness. It turned they found an issue I was not aware of as well.
