They took great care of my cars. Excellent customer service and they walked me through every step of the process so there were no surprises.
Great people, service minded and very competent. Always coming up with solutions on sometimes complicated repair work on our Mercedes and Ford Edge.
My husband and I have used K and A for a very long time! I believe we’ve had four or five cars with them. They often have same-day appointments and bend over backwards to finish that day. For example, I had a hose break and they had one specially brought in from out of town and finished by 4 PM. It’s old school and great customer service.

I have to share my experience today. I broke down in the Publix parking lot. K &A sent over a nice guy who jumped my car and then followed me to the shop to ensue I had no more problems. He then replaced my battery, checked my tire pressure and had me on the road within 20 minutes. When I went to pay, they just said come back another day. I only missed 20 minutes of work! A big deal as I am a teacher. Thank you K & A for making a bad start to my Friday and turning it around!
