I am fat and unfit and was scared of exercise but 2 months with the wonderful Kay has completely changed my attitude and it is amazing to see how much more I can do. Kay is endlessly supportive and manages to push me almost without me knowing it. Studio is super friendly and un-intimidating and much to my surprise I actually enjoy going there - thank you!
