Jerry is great! Very helpful, knowledgeable and a great guy.
I used to bring my 3 series here all the time when I lived in Buffalo. 10 years later I was back visiting family and I needed service on my X5. Jerry and the team fixed it quickly and didn’t try to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs. This is the best shop for German cars in Buffalo.

Jerry & team are the best! He’ll take the time to thoroughly explain the situation (in Lehman’s terms) and do a good job for a reasonable price (often gives options). He’ll also be honest and tell you when you need to go to the dealer under specialized circumstances.
