found Jerry's place when I owned a 2003 Passat wagon. Got an estimate for some work and he billed me $200 less because something didn't need to be done. Unfortunately, he's moving to Florida. Gone on a LONG vacation sign on the door. Hopefully, his SIC, Kyle, lands on his feet.

Couldn’t believe this guy lied to my face, told me he can’t help me. In other words he seen that I was black and refused service. I think he didnt think I could afford the repair cost, so he tells me he sold the shop only for me to come back 30 mins he had one car on the lift and a few lined up Waiting for service. Boycott this shop by ALL MEANS‼️

I had a really disappointing experience at this mechanic shop. Jerry claims he uses genuine BMW oil, but I suspect otherwise. While I was there, I noticed large containers of bulk Fram oil in the shop, which made me question what was actually being put into my vehicle. If you’re paying for premium, manufacturer-specific oil, you expect to receive exactly that—not something substituted without your knowledge.
