I have never been more uncomfortable leaving my dog anywhere before than I did here. I usually go to the Ofallon site and they are great, but I had to go to the weldon springs site last time and it was a terrible experience. When I got there they grabbed my dogs collar and twisted it choking him while trying to ask for the length I wanted cut. I looked up and saw bigger dog getting cut, the dog sat down and the girl yanked his tail up to make him stand back up again. There was not one once of compassion or kindness towards a... read more

We bring our Shih Tzu Poodle here and she loves it! We have taken her to probably 15 different groomers and it was always a terrible experience. My dog would shake uncontrollably and cry every time we walked in the door. When we found K-9 Creatjons, it was a totally different experience! She was very excited and ran straight to the back. We have been coming here for 3 years and she still gets just as excited when we walk in the door. We are always very satisfied with her hair cuts and the staff at K-9 Creations! Very disappointed. She didn't even smell good and the hair cut was uneven
Absolutely love this place. Friendly staff that does a great job on Bella. Definitely recommend this place to everyone
