Have gone to K8 for the last 2 years and love the skill level, the ladies and the vibe. Had an unexpected experience today however when bringing my son, which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Kyle seemed more aggressive in her approach with unnecessary critical comments when cutting my son’s hair. It may have been due to being over booked and stressed but that wasn’t his fault.
