My husband has went to this store every other day for years. I have went off and on. A charge was withheld twice. I called the bank to see what our options were. Let the store make it good or fill out paperwork and have the bank do it. I was told by the bank that they would have to cancel the card and reissue if we went thru them. My husband went to talk to them and no help for it but they told him to go thru the bank. We were very upset. Who wants to have their card canceled and another reissued.
