It is a laughable company, extremely unprofessional and unreliable. My appointment had been rescheduled over 5 times, which includes their staff not turning up 3 times without any notice. My work had been delayed a lot. They sent a Managing Director for a site visit and failed to identify essential factor that causing a massive delay and blaming us for the extra cost. Last week I got in touch with K2 air conditioning services and spoke with Melissa who was very knowledgable, polite, friendly and helped me to decide what level of service was available. Melissa then booked one of their service engineers called Sheldon to come out to my home and cary out the service of my air conditioning. Once again Sheldon was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, did a great job and cleaned up after the work and left no mess whatsoever. K2 Heating and Cooling have recently completed the installation and commissioning of our HVAC system. I commend this organisation on both the nature of the work and on the quality of the team. From my initial contact with them, it was apparent that I was dealing with a well run organisation. The entire team worked well and were polite and professional throughout. When I shared concerns about the planned installation, those concerns were acknowledged and resolved in a positive professional spirit.
