Always a great time with great food and nice people .
John You are an unreasonable person with regard to the "no credit" towards another trip for two elderly persons for June 24 yankee stadium. With forcasted heat indexes in the 100s and poor quality index, you would think you would be a little more flexible. These are unprecedented circumstances. Give us a break already, at least. There was no predicting the weather advisories. I called you on 6/17 and sent an email that same day about this issue. Your attitude toward me was rude, quip and insensitive. Just returned from the Boston Red Sox v. L.A. Dodgers three day weekend trip. Fantastic trip. John was on top of every facet of the trip. Bus ride , hotel, game and Boston site seeing was terrific. Have been traveling with J Z Tours since 2015.
If I could make this review zero stars I would paid a $219 deposit back in May for NYC dinner cruise and the balance 5 days before the trip they accepted payment from credit card and sent me a receipt got on the bus was told they don't have seats for us and we have to get off then gives me some attitude never again will I do business with these people beware double check or you'll get ripped off also
