Went to the Notre Dame game last weekend. We were booked in a 2 star hotel. First morning at 4:30, our toilet blocked. Tried to use the phone but it didn't work. Had to call on our cell phone. After several attempts, finally got the clerk. Told her our toilet was blocked and she told me to come down and get the plunger. No apologies, and no offer to change rooms, even though there were rooms available. Think about that, just several miles from the University on game day and there are rooms available. Went on the Notre Dame trip and the bus was totally unsanitary. Bus was never cleaned, trash still on the bus, restroom was never cleaned or emptied and the smell was making people sick, especially us that sat in the back. Totally unacceptable, no direction, no communication and the worst tailgate ever!
Just completed the worst trip of my life, unorganized unprepared and lost my belongings.. sent guides to another dame who have never been to the area,,stayed in a roach motel but yet Mr.Zelinski just wanted to collect the cash and pass the buck. Blaming Notre Dame for parking .. Do not use them for long distance trips not worth it!!
Always a great time with great food and nice people .
