Definitely recommend coming to JZ. They’re very professional and efficient. They fixed everything that was wrong with my car in 1 day!
Their driver Aaron is an A-hole. We called disabled for vets to donate my father’s call too and upon getting everything squared away they gave us his information and the place information with an approximate time of when he was going to come. It is now that time and we decided to call to get an update and he was rude with an attitude. Was verbally aggressive as far as how we got his number and then hung up in our face. Terrible customer service and I would hate for him to be the one to pick up your vehicle.
Our car was smashed in an accident. We didn't have full insurance, and shops gave us quotes around $5k+. The car isn't even worth that much. We came here, and they tried their best to source used parts for what they could, and did a great job. Now the car looks great, not new cause we only wanted it back to working again, but still looks great and it only cost us $1500. The customer service here is amazing as well. They are kind, honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them for any car repairs in the future.
