I'd been looking for an easy to clean sofa. I went in to check one out I'd been looking at online, faux leather nice style. Dave came over to help me, he was a star from the get go. He knew his stuff and answered all my questions. I then went to another big furniture store around the corner to look at a real leather one, twice as much, zero help (actually got told by the salesman "we don't have that sofa look at this one" I said "you've got it online" then someone yelled it's right there...so it was. When I went into the store on Sunday meet up with the store manager Natalie she is one amazing person she always greet you with a smile helping you do whatever you come in there to look for the same as the staff the staff there are amazing but as manager that's who you're looking for she's kind she's carrying I can't say enough about the lady all I know is we just need more people like that in the workplace makes it a better place to come into

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered chairs they said it was ready to pick it up, we went to the store driving 20 minutes and then they proceeded to say they lost the order and would call us by the end of the day. 4 days later no call from the company we called customer service they said they would call again. Again no phone call, we called the customer service line again no answer followed by sending an email to customer service that they then finally sent us an email back telling us to drive to another store tha... read more
