Placed an online order, had my husband pick up said order only to return home finding there were missing parts. Headed back to the store to collect missing parts to be greeted with zero apology and only told “that’s unfortunate” by the cashier. Wasted 30 minutes of driving for their mistake on picking an order and zero accountability on their end. Not the customer service experience we expected.
Craig was very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products, the payment plan options, and made the shopping experience fun.
Great experience. Ryan was a great help in finding the chairs we had seen on the website. Left us alone as we tried the different chairs but did check in occasionally to see if we needed any help. Assistant manager was also very helpful. Nice store as we have lost our JYSK in Kitchener. Woth the drive to Guelph.
I am writing this review on behalf of my mother-in-law, who recently had a wonderful experience at this location. She was looking for a specific set of cushions but was unable to find the full quantity she needed at her local store in Burlington. As a result, she made the drive to Guelph in hopes of locating the remaining items. Stopped in to get a couch for a place I'm moving in to, Sue answered all our questions and gave us amazing service! We're excited to pick it up in a few weeks and move it into our new space!
