I came in looking for a dining set, Jacob found me while I was browsing. He was very knowledgeable about the couches I was looking at and sympathized about my cats. He helped me with the dining set, returning to me while I shopped to let me it was in stock. He cashed me out when I was ready, the whole experience was fabulous.
