I was here today getting a facial. I came in so tired and stressed. I left feeling so relaxed. The girl who worked on me today Chen was so knowledgeable and was amazing. Loving coming to this place it is so clean.

I purchased this facial through Groupon, and unfortunately the service did not match what was advertised. The facial was supposed to last 75 minutes, but it was completed in about 30 minutes. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and as though they did not want to service me. During the facial, the provider repeatedly told me that my “skin is good” and therefore she wouldn’t do much, which made me feel dismissed as a paying customer. The receptionist at this place had a bad attitude and even yell me my math was wrong. They just seemed eager to charge extra fees. They suggested I shouldn’t buy through Groupon and should pay directly at their shop which I agreed to. But afterward, they still asked me to pay tax based on the original full price. I’m really curious how they calculate their tax if the service isn’t that expensive, why are they charging double the tax?
