I'd give 0 stars if possible. Horrible experience. Everything started great, Dr Melbourne seemed pleasant. Scheduled for test relatively timely. Then comes test time....she was on her phone a LOT and even had to take phone calls. She says she'll have the results in 30 days. It's been 3 months now and I have left multiple messages and sent multiple emails with almost no reply. The 2 times she's called back were just to tell me she hadn't got to mine yet.
