Every time I go here I call beforehand and ask if Jyoti is available for eyebrow threading. Most of the time the answer is yes but once I get there, the door is locked and I’m asked to wait 10 to 15 minutes. Today when I went, the door is open but when I got in, they told me it would be a five minute wait and it ended up being 50 minutes. Always a pleasure to shop at Jyotis!! I personally know her and her wonderful family for many years and always go to her when outfits/accessories are needed! She has a wide variety of styles, colors, and even custom made pieces! Her pricing is extremely reasonable and carries great quality outfits. I appreciate the time she and her daughter take to ensure I am happy with the outfits/accessories I am buying. Highly recommend shopping here!!
Wow — so I showed up at 6 PM, which is apparently “after” for you? Funny, because online it says you close at 7, your door says 9, and there’s even a big OPEN sign lit up. But sure, let’s blame the customer for walking through an unlocked door into a store that, by all indications, was open. Why bother locking the door, taking down the sign, or updating your hours when you can just be rude instead, right? Brilliant business strategy.
