Horrible bedside manner without any accountability for her office staff.
I feel that I have gotten nothing but best treatment & would recommend this clinic to anyone! I ALWAYs had my questions answered and was told the road we would/could travel. That is the road we have traveled. Sometimes it is necessary to communicate to receive answers.
I am NOT at all satisfied with the help that I have received at this clinic. The doctor seems to have lost interest in finding any relief with my pain problem. Each time I visit my next appointment is scheduled for a longer time apart than the last. My doctor has me come in and spends a whole of 5 minutes with me. And the last thing you want to do is call in for an appointment, you will be on hold for hours. Put me down as another DISSATISFIED customer. R. B. H.
I personally am not impressed. I have been seeing a neurolegist there for over a year. I was finally refered to an associate for a second opinion. After showing up for the appointment, he didn't even know why I was there until I told him that I thought it was for a second opinion and he went out to check on that. He refered me to a pain management doctor who offered a method to control the pain. We did a trial test that I was warned was temporary and the stimulas might move.
