I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The older white woman at the front desk with short hair and glasses didn’t greet me or make eye contact—just mumbled for me to “sign in.” She did the same with every patient, which seemed to be her usual behavior. After waiting 40 minutes with no update, I checked in again. She claimed I hadn’t signed in and tossed out the paper, but I had.
