Amazing!! Really great products and I love that they are vegetarian! Usually prepackaged Indian foods are not good, but these are great!
I've tried a number of brands of ready to eat Indian foods, particularly saag paneer, which is by far my favorite, and Jyoti is by far the best out there. The spinach is thick and flavorful, the seasonings are perfect, and the paneer is nice and firm. Other brands paneer is soft and flimsy. Jyoti is fast becoming my favorite brand of all time.

I heard about this company on my local news and have to admit, I was skeptical at first. I decided to try a little of just about everything, and I am in love! I can't believe how delicious these taste for being canned/bagged products. I haven't picked a favorite yet because I haven't tried everything I ordered, but I will definitely be coming back again.
Vijai and Jyoti have mastered the art of cooking great Indian food, packing it and delivering it across the United States. It is available in natural food stores and super markets.
