His office staff does not answer the phone. You go to voicemail. You leave a message. And they simply don’t call you back. This has happened to me three different times, I would call that a trend.
The office staff is very rude. I was scheduled for the stress test and because the GOW that did my blood pressure. Today, I said, because I went to the gym. Ann was on the treadmill early this morning, like 5 hours. Prior to this appointment that she would not let me get on the treadmill again. I've never heard of such a thing. She was in a very bad mood, and on the way out, actually told me she was going to recommend to billing, that I'd be charged a $100. I explained to her that I was not a no show. I checked in.
