His office staff does not answer the phone. You go to voicemail. You leave a message. And they simply don’t call you back. This has happened to me three different times, I would call that a trend.
The office staff is very rude. I was scheduled for the stress test and because the GOW that did my blood pressure. Today, I said, because I went to the gym. Ann was on the treadmill early this morning, like 5 hours. Prior to this appointment that she would not let me get on the treadmill again. I've never heard of such a thing. If I could give a 0, I would. I read all previous reviews which persuaded me to choose this Dr….but I neglected to see they are all years old. I had an Awful experience. Waited 6 weeks for an appointment to not even see the Dr at all. He had is NP see me but never once spoke to me. I waited the 6 weeks to see a Dr or I could have seen the NP far sooner. Check in staff is completely rude & dismissive. They like people in on the schedule- there were people standing & sitting in the hall by the elevators- it looked like a free ... read more
