I have a reoccuring sports-induced muscle injury in my UPPER BACK that EVERY doctor (even telehealth providers) before HER has prescribed Prednisone for, which took care of it in a couple days. She listed it as a "SHOULDER injury" and prescribed me muscle relaxers that I have never taken before. She says prednisone has "too many side-effects" even though I told her they only prescribed it to me for a week or less and therefore didn't even require a taper schedule.
