I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist. They were rude and seemed uninterested in assisting patients, even when someone is in significant pain. Initially, they gave me an appointment, but after hearing my concerns, they canceled it without offering any real support. Instead, they simply told me to go to the ER. It felt very dismissive, especially when I was hoping to see a doctor who specializes in internal medicine rather than an emergency doctor.

Repeatedly I came to Dr. Sarma with serious concerns about my loved one’s mental and physical decline. I attended a number of appointments as my loved one’s advocate. Dr. Sarma skillfully shifted the subject away from the most vital health issues (hypertension, addiction) and refocused attention onto aesthetic concerns (wrinkles). My wife had her immigration medical here today. My wife has been nervous about it for the past couple of weeks but Dr Sarma and all the staff there made my wives time there easy and effective. I really appreciate them for what they do.
