I experienced complications after my IUD and ongoing symptoms that were concerning. When I contacted the office, I was told my doctor was on vacation, but at my very next visit she confirmed she had not been on vacation. A plan was discussed to address my symptoms, but it was never followed through. I underwent five ultrasounds, and after each one I was told there would be next steps, yet nothing ever happened. Dr. Parapurath and her staff were excellent and caring. I couldn’t have hoped for better care and consideration. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a thorough and compassionate gynocologist.
I always leave feeling dismissed and confused. She will speak over you and interrupt you, she will not take calls, nor will she take the time to answer any questions. I would be willing to tolerate her cold demeanor, but there have been several appointments I've waited months for, and when the time comes, I am rushed out of the appointment. I leave feeling like my appointment inconvenienced her in some way, and in turn, I leave feeling unheard and uncared for. Had an infection she prescribed wrong meds and i left message when i noticed about wrong meds never got back to me went urgent care they look at my labs and gave me correct meds. Cancelled all future appt. Still havent heard her from her no apology no correct meds. Totally unexceptable and she still wanted more labs other doc said were unnecessary. Just like dr Davison dose to make money ...
Do not see this doctor if you value empathic care. She is rude and nasty and rushes through the appointment. Very sad that she thinks it’s ok to treat patients like this.
