Adds diagnoses to your chart without telling you and refuses to remove them when asked. I needed emergency surgery but my thyroid was low and she refused to help because I hadn't seen her in over 6 months, yet her schedule is so full, you can't see her sooner. Im filing formal complaints against this very unprofessional doctor.

When I was still a patient with Dr. Gogineni, I felt as if she was strictly “by the numbers” and was not listening to me about how I was physically feeling. She absolutely refused to consider that there were issues with my thyroid, despite symptoms. Labs were in the “normal” range, but far from optimal, and several were borderline, and her main focus was the TSH. She would only consider the parathyroid, which WAS also having issues. I completely endorse Dr. Gogineni. For the past 3 years since I was diagnosed with and treated for thyroid cancer she has been very thorough in scheduling and monitoring my thyroid-related bloodwork and making consequent adjustments to my medications. She also routinely consults with Dr. Bugno who was my radiation oncoliogist for his advice/opinions. She is quite pleasant and I feel fortunate and grateful to have her as my endocrinologist
