She is the absolute best!
We were in the emergency room for almost 7 hours before my mom got a room. I don’t know if you guys were shortstaffed or what, but we had trouble finding a nurse quite often and we had to go looking for one on more than one occasion because my mom needed some help. The wait times are ridiculous and she’s on the third floor. Right now and she has called me twice saying she has to go to the bathroom and nobody will come and help her. I would definitely not recommend this hospital to anyone!
Dr Challa and office staff are wonderful. Everyone is very courteous and professional. I would recommend this office to everyone.
