Terrible company! My son used this service and loved it so much that I bought him a gift certificate for Christmas 2024. He died in February of 2025 of cancer. I have tried numerous times to contact this company by email, phone etc. They will not refund the $100.00. I advised them before the expiration date and after. They don't care. What kind of business refused to reimburse the mother of a dead child who will never use the gift card?
