I have used Josh and his team for many projects at my yoga studio and I could not be happier. He is fair, efficient, professional and kind. His work is second-to-none and his commitment to providing professional work on time is exemplary. Less than zero stars. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!! I signed a contract with JYK and gave 80% payment for a bathroom reno. My bathroom was demolished and he bailed on the job. Now having to take him to court. Rip off artist, liar and cheat!!! Because of this review I’ve now heard from others who have had a horrible experience!
