Dr Querubin, at West Coast Neurology, is a phenomenal pediatric neurologist and primary member of the medical professional village that treats my child's various diagnoses. She's incredibly knowledgeable and always helpful.
I called to make an appointment after receiving a referral. Adriana answered the phone without a greeting and immediately began asking for information. When I couldn’t understand part of what she needed and politely asked her to repeat it, she sighed before repeating herself. As the call went on, I mentioned that it was difficult to hear her, as her voice sounded like it was on speaker and was echoing.
