A visit to this place was disappointing. The order was incorrect, supposed to be taro with coconut jelly and received with no coconut jelly instead. Staff were unfriendly and dismissive attitude. Additionally, boba pearls were out of stock, which was frustrating as they are a key ingredient in many drinks. The combination of the incorrect order, unhelpful staff, and lack of a key ingredient created a negative experience. Addressing these issues could improve the experience for future customers

customer service was absolutely terrible! terrible attitudes. it used to be really nice, ava was always so kind.
My husband and I have loved coming here since they opened, but we started coming around less and less for the last year due to rude workers, poor management, and slow service. Well, during our visits these last few weeks, we started to notice a change in workers. We had an opportunity to talk to the General Manager, Sandra, a few days ago and we were so pleased to find out there’s been a change in management and most of the old staff has been replaced.
