I just got wheels and tires needed an alignment they fit me right in the morning got me turned around and back on the road. Great people.
On my way back from springs my car went into limp mode on the Saturday of Easter weekend. I was a little frantic and calling different shops and leaving voicemails fully anticipating that I wouldn’t hear back from one until Monday. Jaime called me back within 30 minutes, let me explain the whole situation, drop the car off at his shop, and told me he would do a diagnostic on Monday when they reopened. I called JY Automotive told them I was having problems with my truck dying out. He's said to bring it in today he'll take a look at it tomorrow the shop closes at 5:00. I'm off of work at 4:30, the truck died out three times getting there .I made it to the shop after 5:00 and they were closed. I called him on the phone he said he was at Safeway and he'll be there as soon as he can. Now that's customer service. The next day he called to say,He had to order parts the following day.
