Jx in oak creek Replaced air dryer and compressor back in February of this year. Truck started losing air pressure very slowly a couple weeks ago and took a while to build back up. Took it to Jx to see if it was the air dryer so they could replace it since it had warranty. Of course they said it was fine, charged me $1,100 for some other work I didn’t go in for. If coming for parts they have worse service!
Tom the service manager, Chris the technician and Dominic the service/parts representative provide outstanding customer service. Wouldn't go anywhere else A-1 team!
Been coming to this place for years (5+) Tom, Dominic and Chris always go above and beyond to help me get back in the road as fast as possible. Highly recommend working with them.
Had a service call. There shop is 18 minutes from of location. He was here for about hour and 45 minutes. Used my wire and connectors. They charged my for 4 hours and parts. Not going back to them again.
