Staff was excellent. Kind of slow. Had an appointment, took 3hrs for inspection. Very honest staff about repairs. Would use again, but would drop off and come back later.
My vehicle failed inspection at a local dealership..I was told that I needed $1600 in repairs for my vehicle to pass inspection..I decided to get a second opinion and took my vehicle to J & W's and I am glad that I did..I didn't need the repairs that the dealership said that I needed, just new wipers..I am glad that there are honest mechanics around that don't try to take advantage of customers..I am now going to J & W for all my car's needs. Thank you for being an honest business.
