Great Job from JWS I was very suprised to find out that JWS Computers is a Dell Authorized dealer. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Dell technical support for a video problem on my Dell Latitude Laptop and got nowhere. They suggested I find a local repair shop to look at it. I call several local shops but JWS was the only to answer. I brought the computer in the there shop. The salesman was very nice to deal with and the computer was fixed the next day and works great. Decent Computer Shop I recently had my computer die. In my search for parts, I happened to go into JWS Computer, and was not really impressed by what I saw. They had some variety of computing equipment for sale, but not much. The salesman was very helpful and courteous, though not very knowledgeable. The prices were decent for a retail outlet. They are fairly cheap for a retail store, IF they have what you need. For what they do have, they beat the prices of the more generic electronics and office supply stores.
