Initially we loved these guys at McAndrew! The sales wasn't pushy and delivery was great. However there were scratches on some panels they promised to replace and after 6 months still no word from them. The speakers don't work and asked them several times about it, no word! Promised us things we had to keep asking for! They definitely need to learn a few things about customer service, it doesn't end after the sale! Will get no referrals from us! MY HOT TUB BROKE BECAUSE THE MAN SAID HE WANTED TO GET IN AND HE JUMP IN TO IT AND IT BROKE AND IT EVEN OLMOST SPLIT IN HALF THAT IS THE END THE WORST .
