I have been a customer ofJWM for many years and I have never been disappointed. They stock most repair parts for trailers and if not in stock, they can get it often overnight and their prices are very competitive. I lost a wheel bearing on my car hauler trailer and it destroyed the spindle and I went to see Bill and he made a phone call and 3 hours later he had me a brand new axle assembly at a price much less than e-trailer charges and no freight charges. JWM and Bill Merritt is a real asset to our community!
I'm sorry I didn't go to Bill the last 25 years. Been getting the shaft at other places. No Pun. I went to high school and played football with this man. He is a standup do right guy. Not one person you will hear say a bad word about this guy. I'm upset I didn't even ask all these years. I give myself a 1 star. Had my Tundra done in a day. Water pump and thermostat.
Had the locking mechanism on my tongue coupler on my trailer break when I tried to load up my boat. I was at Aunt's Creek, left my boat tied to the dock and trailer in the parking lot, ran to JWM and got me a new coupler. Got me on the road in less than 30 mins. Super helpful shop and made sure I was good and told me to call back if I need anything else. These guys are awesome!
