I started with Judy a few years ago through my work EFAP and had some helpful sessions. I returned to Judy to help unpack of what is currently going on in my life. While I still have a ways go, Judy has helped get to the bottom of what I am feeling (that I haven't been able to put into words). Judy is caring and empathic. I have referred her to other love ones and recommend to anyone else.
Judy is a caring and open counselor. Her approach is one of respect and strength based. She asked if she could hypnotized me to get at some trauma and I am so happy I said yes! What an amazing and freeing experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is struggling with feelings of being held back from the things that happened to you in childhood.
I started taking my daughter with extreme anxiety to Judy just over a year ago. Judy has helped her overcome a lot. She has also given myself tip and tricks on how to help my daughter. I then had a sudden death of my dad and Judy helped me out with getting through it and also provided recommendations of the hospice house grief meetings. Judy is always willing and ready to give you 110% of her time and go out of her way to make sure you feel great again. I would recommend her to everyone!
Judy has made a significant impact on my life in just a short amount of time. It's incredible how knowledgeable she is and how she's able to help me with every little thing. I feel like I'm making strides towards healing. I look forward to each of our meetings. She is a true miracle worker! 💛✨️💫
