This company is horrible. They are contracted by COX to replace/upgrade the cables underground for the internet and cable in my neighborhood. I understand that the internet will be down when they are working. That’s not the problem. The problem is; when it’s time for them to go home, they pick up and leave, they do not reconnect the internet—leaving the entire neighborhood without any connection. That is unacceptable!!
