First time buyer... It was warm and being unfamiliar around computers, they made me feel I could ask any question without that..."geek crew" look... I would go back here rather than being a big box, take a number kind of customer...
JWJ Electronics is the BEST place to take your electronics (especially laptops). They are honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. I recently took my laptop in because my camera wasn't working, they called me the next day to tell me it was simply turned off LOL! They could have told me that all kinds of things was wrong with my webcam and I would not have known anything different, but they were honest and told the truth. I won't take my electronics anywhere else! You WILL NOT be disappointed!
