This rating is specifically towards the after hour lines. My gas stove completely turned off on me, trying to cook food to EAT. I realized it’s the weekend and I can’t reach someone until Monday— but I need to eat. She rudely told me “u can try to eat sandwiches.” I’m 2 months into my lease and haven’t experienced such horrible customer service. Way too demanding. They seem intent on making moving even more of a chore than it already is. I encourage you to read their requirements.

I have been renting from JWC for over 10 years now. I have never had any issues with any parts of JWC . From dealing with the rental section or the maintenance section. Or even dealing with the office section. Every window that I have been service from I always get the best customer service. Wish I could remember all of their names. As the Maintenance section I never had any issues Ms Chelle has been there for every issues that I have had. And there’s this saying that says. Bad things happen to good peoples .
